Link your carrier accounts to Amazon Buy Shipping

If you self-ship your orders, you can now link your carrier accounts to Amazon Buy Shipping for any of these carriers:

• USPS
• UPS Roadie
• UPS Mail Innovations
• OnTrac
• DHL eCommerce

This update allows you to apply your own carrier-negotiated rates when you buy shipping labels through Amazon Buy Shipping. You'll also be eligible for Amazon Buy Shipping protections, specifically on-time delivery rate protection and refunds for delivery-related claims, which may help lower your overall shipping costs.

When you link your carrier account to Amazon Buy Shipping, you’ll still to be charged by the carrier for the label. Any labels that you purchase on Amazon Buy Shipping will count toward the minimum shipped volume requirements that you’ve agreed to with the carrier. You can link multiple carrier accounts and assign them to different ship-from locations.

For step-by-step instructions to link your accounts, go to Manage your carrier accounts.

Once you've linked your carrier accounts, you can access Amazon Buy Shipping to purchase shipping labels through the following:

• Manage Orders
• Shipping API
• Veeqo
• Other multi-channel integrators
