Report intellectual property infringement with AI-powered help

Brand Registry users who have Rights Owner or Registered Agent permissions can now use our AI-powered Reporter Assistant.

Reporter Assistant provides step-by-step guidance as you submit intellectual property infringement reports. It helps you select the correct infringement type, understand what evidence is required, confirm your reporting path, and resolve form errors before you submit the form. By providing education at the point of submission, Reporter Assistant helps you file accurate, complete reports the first time and reduces the chance of a rejected notice.

To get started, go to Report Infringement, and click Ask Reporter Assistant. You can type questions or select from suggested prompts at any step.

Note that use of Reporter Assistant does not change the case resolution process; all reports remain subject to standard review.
