Challenges

  • As part of the Brand Registry process, Amazon requires a verification code that is sent to the email address associated with the trademark filing. Christine was instructed to check if she received the verification code. The process was delayed because the code was not forwarded immediately, and Amazon cannot proceed without it. This verification code is a mandatory step, and the lack of timely access created a temporary bottleneck in completing the registry submission.
