- To resolve the Brand Registry revocation issue and restore the brand’s standing with Amazon.
Challenges
- The client, Quesera.ae, had submitted several appeals to Amazon without success. The appeals contained various reasons, which made it difficult for us to pinpoint the main issue. Due to this confusion, we couldn't present a clear case to Amazon.
our solution
- We focused on addressing the core problem by ensuring that the Brand Registry revocation was based on incorrect reporting due to the use of the wrong path – specifically, using "patent" instead of "trademark." During the investigation, we noticed that the client had never filed for a patent but had registered trademarks. The error was causing confusion in Amazon’s system.
the impact
- Amazon requested more evidence, so we provided images showing that the client had three registered trademarks. We also updated the appeal template, replacing the term "patent" with "trademark," making it more accurate. As a result, the Brand Registry revocation was successfully lifted, and the brand registry was fixed, restoring the client's account.
