Join webinar on October 8 to learn how to protect import operations

Following up on our earlier guidance about Executive Order 14411, enforcement is now moving forward. Starting September 18, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will verify six fields on your Form 5106 and inaccurate records could void your Importer of Record (IOR) number and disrupt your ability to import into the US.

In our earlier update, we encouraged you to review your customs arrangements and confirm your IOR status. Those changes are now taking effect, and accurate records matter more than ever. If your Form 5106 records are inaccurate, your IOR number could be voided, interrupting your ability to bring goods into the US.

To help you prepare, we're hosting a live session covering the enforcement timeline, the six fields under audit, the risks tied to shell IOR arrangements, and best practices for building a single, trusted IOR relationship with US customs. We'll answer your questions live. The session is designed for sellers at all experience levels who import into the US.

Register now for the event on October 8, 9 a.m. Pacific Time at: One IOR, One Strategy: Navigating EO14411 Without the Shell Game.
