Review Account Health updates for FBM offers

We’re improving how we handle policy violations for your Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) offers to help protect your selling account.

Starting August 31, 2026, if any of your FBM offers put your Account Health at risk, we’ll temporarily deactivate that offer.

Previously, listings that didn’t meet required metrics put your entire account at risk. Now, only the affected offer is deactivated. Your other active listings and your overall Account Health are not impacted.

You'll receive a warning email before any offer is deactivated, with details on the issue and steps to resolve it.

To view deactivated offers, go to your Account Health dashboard. Select Other Policy Violations and follow the instructions to reactivate them.

We evaluate the following policies to determine if an offer should be deactivated. For more information about how to maintain good performance, go to each policy’s help page: Cancellation Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Order Defect Rate, On-Time Delivery Rate.
