🧭 Step-by-Step: How to Access & Download Walmart WFS Reports
✅ Step 1: Log Into Your Walmart Seller Center
Go to Walmart Seller Center and sign in.
✅ Step 2: Navigate to the Analytics and Reports Tab
Once you’re logged in:
- Hover over Analytics & Reports
- Click on Manage Reports
From here, you’ll find access to all kinds of reports like:
- Item report
- Inventory report
- Return summaries
- Conversion metrics
⚠️ These Analytics tab reports can be slow. That’s why most Walmart experts and consultants (like us) recommend heading straight to the WFS dashboard.
✅ Step 3: Go to the WFS Tab
On the top navigation bar, click:
WFS → Reports
This is the goldmine. Here’s what you can pull:
- Customer Return Reports – Why people are returning your items (wrong item, changed mind, etc.)
- Inbound Receipts – Track how many units were received by Walmart’s warehouse
- Inventory Health & Movements – Spot aging inventory and fast movers

Every WFS report page includes a “Download” button. Just:
- Click the report you want
- Hit Download
- Open the CSV or Excel file to review data
