Add to existing variation families from the Add Products page

We’re making it easier to add new and existing products to a variation family, directly from the Add Products page with our pre-filled spreadsheet, saving you time and reducing errors.

Now you can search for a product in Add Products and download the full variation family information, including existing variations and their attributes. Then, just fill in the required fields for your additional products, upload, and you're done.

To get started:

1. Go to Add Products.
2. Search for a product via the Search or Product IDs tab and click View Variations on the product information page.
3. Select Add new variant(s) to create a new product variation or add existing standalone SKUs to your variation family or select Adding offer to selected variant(s) to create offers on product variations already in the family.
4. Follow the instructions in the spreadsheet.
5. Note: This workflow replaces the Variation Wizard, which will be retiring by the end of August 2026.
